Why Tai Chi?
Tai Chi Chuan is an exercise for the body and mind, offering a way to achieve a state of natural relaxation. It promotes stress reduction and improves balance, flexibility and strength.

Tai Chi is effective, gentle exercise for people of all ages and abilities. It promotes relaxation and wellbeing while improving strength, balance and flexiblity. The sessions are suitable for wheelchair users and those who may need to be seated during exercise. Sessions will be led by an experienced, fully qualified tutor (Jamie Simpson, Tai Chi Glasgow South). To cover tuition costs a donation of £3 per session is suggested. We may be able to offer some discretionary spaces; please enquire at time of booking.
