The Friendship Club is our longest running activity.  In recognition of the importance to well being of feeling connected to others, it aims to bring together people together for friendship, chat, entertainment and afternoon tea.

Members enjoy a wide range of entertainments together; singers, musicians, choirs, a craft fair and an outing have all featured in this year’s syllabus.  Members also share afternoon tea, with delicious home baking, tea and coffee.  There is plenty of time to chat and socialise, and our dedicated volunteers make sure everybody is made to feel welcome and at ease.

Transport is available for this activity; please state if transport is required on enquiring about the Club.

The activity runs on alternate Tuesdays from January to May and August to December; please check the Calendar for details, or you can view the syllabus here.

As the Club is limited in capacity you must make an initial membership enquiry.  To make an enquiry, you can Contact Us  phone us on 07858 552 767, or email hello@mkhelpinghands.org.uk

There is a suggested donation of £1 per session to help cover costs.
