Why Tai Chi?
Tai Chi Chuan is an exercise for the body and mind, offering a way to achieve a state of natural relaxation.
Tai Chi is effective, gentle exercise for people of all ages and abilities. It promotes relaxation and wellbeing while improving strength, balance and flexiblity. The sessions are suitable for wheelchair users and those who may need to be seated during exercise. Sessions will be led by an experienced, fully qualified tutor (Jamie Simpson, Tai Chi Glasgow South).

How To Join
You can come along in person, or join online if you prefer.
Please get in touch and let us know if you would like to join our face to face classes, which take place on Monday mornings from 10am to 11am.
If you would like to join online, please get in touch to find out how to access the link.
Classes cost £5 per session for face to face and £12 per month to join online. For online attendance, we ask for a bank transfer or standing order. Please get in touch for details.
