10th Anniversary Volunteer Party 🎉🎈🎶🥂

To celebrate Volunteers’ Week, and to mark our 10th Anniversary as a charity, we held an extra special Volunteer Party on Friday 5th June.  We shared a glass of fizz, enjoyed some delicious pizza courtesy of Amanti Pizza, followed by a slice of birthday cake.  Once the food was finished, we were entertained by marvelous magician George Spiers.

An additional surprise was in store for Friendship Club volunteer Anne Stewart.  Anne was nominated as a “hidden hero” to the Room to Reward programme, which offers gifted hotels stays for people who give their time to help others.  Anne was delighted to receive her certificate and will be looking forward to a well deserved getaway soon!
