Wellbeing

Our wellbeing groups and activities are designed to help people live independently and well for longer.  Activities focus on gentle movement, encouraging mobility and helping with balance.

We can also offer wellbeing support to people experiencing feelings of grief or loss at the Eastwood Bereavement Group.

Wellbeing clubs and events

Mondays 10.00 - 11.00

Tai Chi

Weekly Tai Chi classes suitable for all levels.

Weekly groups to help with mobility and balance.

Table Tennis Sessions

Weekly sessions which are fun and friendly. Tea and coffee provided
