Volunteer
Volunteers are the lifeblood of Mearns Kirk Helping Hands. We wouldn’t be able to deliver all our groups, activities and befriending service, without the care, compassion and dedication of our wonderful volunteer team.
Why volunteer with us
We believe that volunteering should be a rewarding and fulfilling experience. Volunteering your time with Mearns Kirk Helping Hands can help you learn new skills or develop existing ones, help build your confidence and meet new people. You gain all this while also helping to make a huge difference to the lives of older people and people living with dementia in our community.
Whether you have a lot of time to give or just a couple of hours a month, we have a range of volunteer opportunities that you can get involved with.
