Graham Kerr

Graham spent 45 years in the Civil Service, retiring in 2024 as a Senior Civil Servant. He led major systemic changes, high-profile projects, and digital transformation initiatives that improved operational efficiency and public service delivery. Graham joined us in 2024, bringing his expertise in Digital and Transformation. He chairs our Digital Sub-Group.

Graham is motivated by his interest in Mearns Kirk Helping Hands’ community work and his desire to use his experiences to help us achieve our goals.
