Laura Watts

Position: Deputy Operations Manager

Laura has extensive experience in volunteer management from previous job roles and has enjoyed volunteering her time for various charities, including Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland and Paths for All, as a Walk Leader. She has an MSc in Social Research Methods, which is beneficial to supporting the evaluation work of the charity.

Laura is passionate about ensuring that older people can live well and independently, for as long as possible. She also values the role volunteers have in our communities and the difference they make to the lives of older people. She enjoys seeing volunteers develop their skills and confidence, throughout their volunteer journey and making new friends.
