The Lunch and Social Club
A club for people in the early to mid stages of their dementia diagnosis. The group shares lunch, activities, afternoon tea and entertainment, supported by a team of trained volunteers. A full referral form must be completed to access this activity, you'll find information on how to access a form below.

People with a diagnosis of dementia who are able to self manage and would benefit from socialising.
